O que é WebAdmin?

Webmin é uma interface baseada em web para administração do sistema para Unix, incluindo FreeBSD. Usando qualquer navegador que suporta tabelas e formulários, você pode configurar contas de usuário, Apache, DNS, compartilhamento de arquivos, firewall e assim por diante. Webmin consiste em um servidor web simples, e uma série de programas CGI que atualizar diretamente os arquivos de sistema como / etc / inetd.conf e / etc / passwd.

Como instalar?

Para instalar o webmin, atualize os ports.

   # portsnap fetch update


Como colocar para inicializar?

   # ee /etc/rc.conf

   Acrescente a seguinte linha no final do arquivo:

   webmin_enable="YES"


Salve e feche o arquivo. Execute o comando abaixo:

   # /usr/local/lib/webmin/setup.sh

Configure seguindo o exemplo abaixo:

   Webmin uses its own password protected web server to provide access
   to the administration programs. The setup script needs to know :
    - What port to run the web server on. There must not be another
      web server already using this port.
    - The login name required to access the web server.
    - The password required to access the web server.
    - If the webserver should use SSL (if your system supports it).
    - Whether to start webmin at boot time.
